Cleanup of unnecessary Coverage entry in Terms and Definitions clause (Chapter 4) #58

In addition cleanup of unnecessary range term (presently below term 4.34 Projection), this entry is to be suppressed (range in this document is used with the usual meaning of range for values).

Rationale: these 2 terms are only used (recursively in the terms and definitions clause). GeoTIFF specification and existing model is agnostic of Coverage model. GeoTIFF model is based on the grid model (see terms 4.22. and 4.23 grid - this latter definition from ISO 19123 - coverage). These 2 definitions are to be merged together (by use as a note).

Note: It is acknowledged that there might be an interest to introduce the Coverage term / concept in a future revision.
