W*S widgets for Jupyter notebooks #110

Notebooks increasingly play the role of prototype GUIs and dashboards for scientific applications. There is a set of widgets that developers can use to build those applications, and in particular some map based widgets.

These widgets usually support WMS, but not the other OGC standards. Expanding the set of easily available widgets to cover all W*S would increase the visibility and usability of OGC services.
