Suggestion to separate functions and rules and to create skos:ConceptSchemes for these (https://github.com/opengeospatial/NamingAuthority/issues/264)
Rename URIs of SPARQL Service Descriptions to include the version number, not only having a version URI attached (https://github.com/opengeospatial/NamingAuthority/issues/265)

I've updated all the vocabs to make them conformant to VocPub 4.6 which should be all that OGC VocPrez needs. So I'll merge this and we will see if this is what @ghobona requires for https://github.com/opengeospatial/NamingAuthority/issues/264 & https://github.com/opengeospatial/NamingAuthority/issues/265
