broken links: index file, resources in profile.ttl

Thanks a lot for https://opengeospatial.github.io/ogc-geosparql/ , it's an excellent overview of all GeoSPARQL versions and related resources! However, it has some broken links (I used the "Check my links" Chrome addon):

• UPD 29 Dec: I rechecked the latest version https://rawgit2.com/opengeospatial/ogc-geosparql/master/index.html and it shows all green. However, the links are relative, so are resolved to eg https://rawgit2.com/opengeospatial/ogc-geosparql/master/geosparql11/geosparqlreq.ttl, which returns the word "error". When deployed at opengeospatial.github.io, it should be rechecked.
• As you see in the image above, Reqs is missing. Its current location is https://github.com/opengeospatial/ogc-geosparql/blob/master/spec/ontology/requirements/reqs.ttl
• functions.ttl and rules.ttl have been merged to funcsrules.ttl, which is not yet reflected in the index

Furthermore, https://opengeospatial.github.io/ogc-geosparql/geosparql11/profile.ttl has other very useful links. Could you please publish them on this index page?

But please check them for broken links.

• but the correct link is https://github.com/opengeospatial/ogc-geosparql/tree/master/spec/ontology/examples
