(minor) defines and uses PREFIX prov1: instead of prov:
defines two prefixes confs and multiple prefixes conf. The former is used only for spec:ConformanceClass but the latter is used for both ConformanceClass and ConformanceTest. Eg these are of the same kind but use different prefix "style".

This is a bit confusing: it would be better to use only one "style", i.e. rename the two prefixes as follows:
https://github.com/opengeospatial/ogc-geosparql/blob/master/spec/ontology/requirements/reqs.ttl lays out an elaborate hierarchical structure of requirements, conformance tests that check them, and conformance classes that are collections of tests. I see in https://defs.opengis.net/vocprez/object?uri=http://www.opengis.net/def/geosparql/reqs that it has 135 members.
