1.1: what's up with branches and PRs re SHACL?

@nicholascar , @situx D.1. Tools has a broken link https://github.com/opengeospatial/ogc-geosparql/blob/master/1.1/validator.ttl

The closest I can find is in branch geosparql-1.1: https://github.com/opengeospatial/ogc-geosparql/tree/geosparql-1.1/examples/shacl

Now, this PR https://github.com/opengeospatial/ogc-geosparql/pull/305/files has a file 1.1/validator.ttl and shows this

nicholascar merged 19 commits into master from shacl-test on Mar 23, 2022

But I cannot find such file in master? Am I blind?

I've checked all other links to github and they are ok:

I also checked all spec links with the chrome CheckMyLinks addon and they show ok.

For some reason the github broken link is not caught by that addon , although github returns proper status 404:

Ok! Then I have another request: sec D.1. Tools should also point to https://github.com/opengeospatial/ogc-geosparql/tree/geosparql-1.1/examples/shacl
