This PR removes several requirement and abstract test files that had been copied into the repo from the EDR API folder. The requirement and abstract test files had not been included in the geovolumes standards document, so it is safe to remove them.
The PR also converts the requirements classes, requirements, conformance classes, and abstract tests that are in the geovolumes standard document to the metanorma representation of the ModSpec model.
