IETF link template draft #288

There is a new internet draft for link templates (a Link-Template header) that, if adopted by IETF, would be relevant for a number of OGC API standards:

The draft has been adopted by the HTTP API WG and is now an internet draft:

Question - should we use the new template in Common Part 2 or stick with the old one?
