RangeSubset currently talks about subset parameter #155

This is confusing right now, there shouldn't be any mention of subset in the RangeSubset.

We decided against re-using subset for Range Subset in #154 .

SWG 2022-02-23: We have agreed to #157 (change range subsetting parameters to properties), which will clarify that this is not related to the subset capability and make this more accessible to general web developers. Specification will be corrected accordingly.
