Fix encoding query string parameters in examples #879

Examples are inherited into pygeoapi openapi HTML page since the codebase references directly https://schemas.opengis.net/ogcapi/features/part1/1.0/openapi/ogcapi-features-1.yaml

@francbartoli - The current examples are valid examples, so why should this be changed? This seems to be a pygeoapi problem.

@cportele they are misleading as compared to this example 13.

What is misleading? Both ?f=xyz or .xyz are valid approaches - and other approaches are valid, too. See https://docs.ogc.org/DRAFTS/17-069r5.html#encodings.
