Should we keep GeoJSON representation for collections in records-api/REC_json requirement? #204

The recommendation mentions that collections may be represented by GeoJSON: https://github.com/opengeospatial/ogcapi-records/blob/master/core/standard/recommendations/records-api/REC_json.adoc

This is not reflected in https://github.com/opengeospatial/ogcapi-records/blob/master/core/standard/clause_8_collection.adoc#collection-properties-table

The recomendation should be presented as parts A and B. One part for records as GeoJSON and another part for collections as JSON.
