Can we get a legend from styles API? #16

A legend is a very useful thing for presenting the style to for visually selection and style. Can we have some kind of "preview" similar to a legend. Can we ask for rasters format of a particular number of cols and rows?

If not in the core, this could be done in an extension.

While the sprint is still ongoing, we should discuss this at https://github.com/opengeospatial/ogcapi-code-sprint-2021-05/issues/17 - also because it is an issue that affects both Maps and Styles.
