QuickStartGuide_Creation #21

I have created a new Quick Start Guide Adoc in the guide folder. I did it this way because the existing structure was too much like the standard I believe wasn't helpful for new users. plus it is more simple to the other user guides getting developed.

17 June 2021 SWG discussed this PR. This should be merged and reviewed. Many thanks from the SWG for this addition.
