Metadata again: dataType and geometryType

The values of dataType and geometryType in the metadata should be entries in the OGC definition server (with proper definitions).

SWG discussed on 5 Oct 2021. An Issue to address values of dataType and geometryType in the metadata (with proper definitions) should be opened so OGC definition server may integrate if accepted.

SWG notes that OGC members should be encouraged to add their values. This may be related to an Issue in Records. See https://github.com/opengeospatial/ogcapi-records/issues/26

SWG agrees to keep this as an open Issue as candidate OGC API - Styles moves forward. So for now SWG would add a comment to the document to use other harmonizations as they become available.

Meeting 2021-11-02:

• Change geometryType to geometryDimension (integer) with values: 0 (points), 1 (curves), 2 (surfaces), 3 (solids), null/not existent (mixed dimension/unknown)
• For dataType remove the enum and move the values to examples. This is not a final, definitive list. Add point cloud, mesh.
