Jeff Yutzler made a Motion: Styles API SWG concurs on proposed GPKG Portrayal Extension design. Second: Jerome

Discussion: Implemented for MBStyles, SLD and other encodings in TB15 and VTP2 (Clemens et al). Additional testing may be helpful.
