Can Tiles by itself be used for Maps and Coverage Tiles?

Clarify that:

• The TileSet metadata provides a mechanism to describe the domainset (bounding boxes and informative annex for additional dimensions) and range type (properties schema)
• The Collection description provides the extent which covers the spatiotemporal dimensions (2D/3D space + time), plus the Uniform Additional Dimensions building block for more dimensions
• Review the content from the Coverage Tiles conformance class in OGC API - Coverages to see if we can include some of that in content in the GeoTIFF and netCDF conformance classes in tiles [ We have mostly already addressed this aspect in #118]
