Abstract Test 12 says the root should include a rel type 'tiles'.

During Day 1 of the 2021-05 Sprint there was a suggestion that the root (landing page) should always include a `rel' type 'data'

The ATS has been completely recreated from the new requirements so this problem has been OBE.
