AbstractEvent as a common ancestor for Observation and Sampling #40

I may make sense to have an abstract class to capsulate the attributes and associations shared by AbstractObservation and Sampling, as described in https://github.com/opengeospatial/om-swg/issues/36#issuecomment-581876206.
