Refence Implementation for GeoSPARQL #4

There is no reference implementation for GeoSPARQL. A reference implementataion requires a well known RDF API as well as a spatial index to optimize the geospatial queries.

Thre is an open issue in JENA here: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JENA-664 JENA also required a spatial indexing technology compatible with JENA license

@bermud do you know parliament? it's a triple store using geosparql. here is a simple setup.

Any implementation of GeoSparql available at this time?

@samuraraujo. We don't have a reference implementation and we don't have a test. But would be happy to try to find collaborators if there is enough interest.
