Updated linking in the conceptual model #119

Aggregations within the UML model are no longer required to be implemented using the "Link" class. Implementation specifications are now free to use any technique appropriate for the implementing technology and consistent with the semantics of a UML aggregation. Text of the document and the data dictionary has been updated to reflect this change.
