User Guide update in Choose Restaurant case #150

Changed case to "Public POI Interchange", as that is a better description. This commit also puts in advice as to how to do internationalization in that use case, with explicit InternationalString and InternationalName classes. Needs discussion about whether this is the way we want to go.
