Is there need for including Priortization in the POI CM? #96

POIs could quickly become overwhelming, are there instances where a prioritization property would be useful?

this issue is linked to/relevant to discussion on this issue.

When POIs are more of a commodity, there might need to be a prioritization on a POI. Could be that only paid subscribers see certain POI.

In a commercial use case, a platform might expose some POIs higher/sooner or bigger than other POIs. Could be a function of fees paid (a commercial advertising).
