Add text that v1.1 supersedes v1.0 #113

At the last TC Meeting it was mentioned that new versions of standards should mention it, if the old version is deprecated. We should add such a line to v1.1. Does anyone know the standard text to do this?

Fixed with the publication of Sensing v1.1.
