Requirements structure #129

Version 1.1 does not have much structure in its requirements classes. Also, all requirements classes have "Web Service" as target, even the data model and MQTT classes. STAv1 1_none_cls

For version 2.0 a more structured approach may be useful. A first attempt is: STAv2_none_cls

We can discuss which classes depend on which other classes, and how to set the types (Core / Extension / Optional?).
