Sensor or Observer

When updating STA to align with OMS, should we retain the Sensorname, or modify this to Observerto better align with OMS?

We clearly have 2 usages of Sensor in community applying STA 1.1

• sensor instance (ex : this sensor with serial/number XYZ)
• sensor type (ex : more as a codeList of ObservingProcedure)

In OMS, when we faced the situation that we had 2 different usages for the same element we simply removed the old one and clarified with 2 new information types

• Feature Of Interest -> now we have ultimateFoI and proximateFoI
• OM_Process : used for both sensor type and instances -> now we have Observer and ObservingProcedure (and no OM_Process anymore)
