Improved resultType definition and DataArray examples

This PR

improves the Datastream/resultType definition by specifying it should be a SWE-Common AbstractDataComponent
removes the valueCode list, since it is pointless
extends the example to be full Datastreams, and adds examples of Observations for those Datastream examples
