Batch-processing: Example 31-2 contains If-Match header #42

Example 31-2 contains an "If-Match" header. I don't think this header is part of the SensorThings API, is it? If not, it should be removed from the example. If it is, it should be explained.

Fixed with the publication of Sensing v1.1.
