Push feature 2d type style and symbology extensions #2

Dear all, I shared a draft about symbols for 2D features. This is just about the model and there is nothing concret for encoding. I have anticipated implementation of the capabilities of this draft with a modest POC : https://github.com/orbisgis/orbismap Two encoding are available JSON and XML. The idea is to figure out the limits to design 2D maps. @oertz @bchapuis @jerstlouis

Greg will convert this to ASCIIDOC.

We will use the 2D Feature Type extension as a basis for new conceptual model, logical model and encodings of how to select whether a symbolizer is applied and additional types of symbolizers specific to vector features.

However we may first want to revise the core conceptual model to clarify the extension points (selectors / expressions, and how additional properties can be added to the Symbolizer class).
