Add all test suites to Docker project #3

Precondition: All required dependencies of a test suite are centrally provided (see #2).

Optionally, Maven profiles can be introduced to enable execution of single test suites.

Also, https://github.com/opengeospatial/teamengine-builder/ could be used to build all test suites.

All test suites were added in feature branch. Pull request was created: #4.

Pull request #4 was merged. Now, all available test suites are part of the teamengine-docker project.
