Improve documentation #22

The documentation should be more clear:

What is tested exactly?
What means 'done' in the list of testable Test Suites
Why GML 3.2.1 is supported partially?
Parameter -f: What is the "jmeter scripts folders"?
The name of the script in README:md is outdated.
test.properties should be cleaned up and formatted.
Are there limitations to the supported OS?
The Version of JMeter is missing

Furthermore the documentation is partially duplicated (in src/site and README.md).
