TEAM Engine (Test, Evaluation, And Measurement Engine) is an engine for testing web services and other resources written in JAVA. It executes test scripts written in Compliance Test Language (CTL), TestNG and other languages. It is lightweight and easy to run as a command line or to setup as a service. It can be used to test any type of service or encoding. It is also the official tool used by the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) for compliance testing.

Add TEAM Engine documentation to TEAM Engine landing page #491
The source of the engine and the tests are available at GitHub. The documentation of the engine is available here(link). The CITE forum provides a place to ask questions and help developers pass the tests.
Currently, the landing page is available here: https://cite.opengeospatial.org/teamengine/ And the documentation here: https://opengeospatial.github.io/teamengine/ Shall be similar to the documentation of the test suites: https://cite.opengeospatial.org/teamengine/about/wfs/2.0.0/site/
So, the documentation shall be provided via the TEAM Engine webapp.
