metanorma-ogc now supports Community Practice documents.

Confirmed with:

docker run -v "$(pwd)":/metanorma metanorma/metanorma metanorma new -d community-practice -t ogc -l https://github.com/metanorma/mn-templates-ogc folder_for_community_practice
