Added support for asciidoctor-bibtex in the bibliography. Also configured LNCS style support.

I am not sure that we should make BibTex mandatory. I have no problem adding BibTex support, but recommend that the original instructions be retained and then new instructions added to explain how to use BibTex, if desired.
