Incorrect email address for feedback #10

UNStdsGuideComments@lists.ogc.org does not work - the lists doesn't exist at https://lists.ogc.org/mailman/listinfo/ & no one responds.

We should replace it or remove it from where it currently occurs at the beginning of http://standards.unggim.ogc.org/unggim_guide.html.

http://standards.unggim.ogc.org/index.php#feedback contains a feedback form; I have just used that, in part to see what happens!

unggim-feedback@opengeospatial.org does work (so far, I've only received a test message last summer & some spam today)

@ogcscotts : Pull request #12 "fixes" the two occurrences in the published guide; #13 does the same for the repository's Readme. Again, I'm tagging you in the comment because I can't assign people & I don't have write access to actually merge the pull requests (let alone publish the result to HTML & PDF)
