Updated dashboard

This issue is for discussion of the layout of the dashboard and the processing pipeline OpenGHG -> web -> Dashboard.

Questions:

• What layout changes do we want?
• How do we want to store the data, a git repo?
• Are there other types of plots we want to add?

Requirements:

• export to dashboard readable JSON file
• easily automated, cron job to push updated data every X hours/days/weeks

• update to allow selection of all the species
• flag up some data are preliminary - how do we show this?
• add some logos to the plot - UoB, MetOffice, National Centre for Atmospheric Science
