Add an expression function to retrieve a feature for a relation #15

In many case (especially when using relation_aggregate), it would be particulary handy to retrieve the related feature to access its other fields. We propose to add new functions returning features:

get_related_feature(relation, referencing_feature)
get_features(layer, expression)
