Better title in relation reference widget #17

Currently, the display expression is used for the title in the relation reference widget. But we are modifying a property of another layer (the user is expecting to edit the widget config, not the referenced layer config). We propose to add an option to follow the layer display expression or use a custom expression.

@andreasneumann @gnerred @nischmi1 @sjib @marioba @urskaufmann @bjsvwcur May I ask what is your use case for this? While implementing this, I am a bit worried about extra complexity brought to the code, and I would like to understand user's scenarios. thanks!
