Update to ili2gpkg-5.1.0 #935

Are there any plans to update to ili2gpkg-5.1.0 ?

We currently have a blocker using a constraint which contains functions out from the Text-Library: MANDATORY CONSTRAINT Text.equalsIgnoreCase(Text.substring(Identifikator, . .

The validation of this constraint with --validate ends with

2024-06-20 09:39:57,237 ERROR Cannot invoke "java.util.HashMap.get(Object)" because "this.tag2class" is null

while this seems to be fixed in 5.1.0 and later

At the end of this month another release is planned. But if you need it before we can do it earlier.
