Translation Models: Create Schema in translated language #981

With --nameLang fr we have the possibility to create the db structure in the translated language.

Not sure if this should be provided, but if it's an option. Not as standard but as optional setting.

Btw. the baskets should maybe here be created with the translated topics etc...
