This request adds an explanation of how to use pg_service.conf files to configure database connections. It closes #43.

Wow, @3nids, thanks for the fast response. I see that you have already fixed #43. Can you incorporate the bit about PGSERVICEFILE into your fix. I think that having connection configuration alongside SQL code will be a common scenario.

The information you mention is already available on Postgresql website and a bit more detailed. I would prefer to stick to minimal info and forward the users to the official PG docs.
