fix parameter-less function differences not detected #97

Seems parameter-less functions differences are not detected by pum check.

Failing test for now (for CI), actual fix incoming.

See https://github.com/QGEP/QGEP/issues/633 : in that case, it seems there's also inconsistencies about triggers that are missed ? edit : wrong alert, there's no inconsistency
