Bump libqfieldsync to support mbtiles localized layers #883

@suricactus , the full fix requires this QGIS commit too https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/pull/56298. That'll be in QGIS' next point release coming out in a week or so.

Nothing harmful in merging this now though. It'll at least add localized delimiter text provider support.
