Bump QFieldCloud SDK to 0.8.4 #946

Prevents re-uploading of 8+MB files when they have not changed at all

This is exciting @suricactus 🤩 Once merged (and relating to my original issue), will users have to update their app, or will this change take place only server-side, resolving the issue there?

@idantene nothing to do on the client side, it's a cloud issue. However, you can spend some time cleaning some versions from your basemap files to clean up storage.

Note merging this will take some time to be delivered on prod, some thorough tests will be executed. You can expect it running the by end of May.
