Issue opening configuration in QGIS --> Settings --> Options --> Locator #81

Only in master branch. It happens clicking on the configuration button (the yellow button) for all Swiss locator filters.

Should be related to having a VectorTiles filter type which declares its hasConfigWidget() as False.
