[Future Feature] Allow to load no-geometry tables in SoLocator #11

This needs work by SoGIS and the search and dataproduct service first.

Because these services had been written with Web-GIS client in mind, where no-geometry tables are not used at all, we don't have the infrastructure in place and no samples about no-geometry tables yet.

We need to postpone this to a later version and wait until our infrastructure is ready for it.
