There an error loading the preference bundle for BTsTack ipad air 7.0.4

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. No matter what I do after install of btstack or reinstall when I go into 
isettings there is only "There was an error loading the preference bundle for 
BTsTack" when I click on the btstack icon on the left.  No way to turn it on or 
adjust any settings.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

btstack version 0.7-2 on Ipad air 7.0.4

I can not attach a log as there is no settings when I click on btstack icon in 
settings on my ipad.  This is very upsetting.....I was really looking forward 
to using btstack for my wiiimote.  I have restored my ipad and re jailbroke my 
ipad.  Reinstalling and rebooting my ipad.  I have tried everything I can think 
of myself to try and problem solve this issue.  Thank you for your time.  Todd
