it looks like cmake depreciated elif in a recent version

also it looks like you opened the sln in visual studio 2012 and the upgrade upgraded all of the proj files. I changed them back to vs2010.

I second this, all the vs2010 projects are set to use v120 platform toolset instead of v100. Too bad it looks like no one is maintaining this.
