'prepare' command is deprecated #1061

Documentation on Deploy says:

Once you have the server spun up, run the following command to prepare it for provisioning with Chef: $ make chef-prepare server=user@hostname

BUT: Cannot find subcommand for: 'chef-prepare' \ PREPARE COMMANDS ** knife prepare is deprecated! Please use: knife solo prepare [USER@]HOSTNAME JSON
