[FEATURE-REQUEST] Feedback either shouldn't be submitted with `return` key or it should allow a 30-second-window for the current IP address to edit the comment upon submission #1081

Description of user-testing case

What should have been one comment split into three (3) separate paragraphs was instead accidentally submitted midway through a sentence either by the return key or accidental click of Submit. With no way to edit comment that was just immediately left to fix the error, I had to follow up with additional comments both correcting the mistake and clarifying the underlying point again out of fear that the abrupt ending of comment may have confused or misrepresented my argument.

To remedy

If return key does trigger feedback submission, could that be disabled given that there is currently no way to edit feedback once submitted? If not, could logged-in users have the ability to edit their feedback within a reasonabke 30-60 second period after submission?
