Rework lib/ into vanilla JS

Painstakingly convert lib/models into CommonJS modules
Make corresponding changes to the rest of lib/ and test/
Correct flow annotation as we go along
Make package.json recognise lib/ and not use Babel for CLI stuff
Point React components to lib/ modules which are no longer .jsx
Make debug/index.jsx recognise CommonJS modules in lib/
Remove store.js, not in use
